About Founder
Bhanu Pahwa is a tourism and hospitality entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on business experience across India’s travel, hotel, and leisure sectors. An alumnus of MGPS, GK and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (University of Delhi), he further strengthened his industry expertise with an MBA from IITTM under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Mr. Pahwa has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple ventures including Trip String Pvt. Ltd., India Travel and Tourism, The Mayfield Group of Hotels & Resorts, and Baaree by the Sea in Goa. As a co-founder of Mayfield Adventure Pvt. Ltd., he brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of experiential tourism. He is a married entrepreneur, currently based in India, and continues to focus on creating premium yet accessible travel and adventure experiences.

Rahul Yadav is a dynamic hospitality and adventure tourism entrepreneur known for developing lifestyle-driven travel and stay experiences across India. Educated at DPS RK Puram and Ram Lal Anand College (University of Delhi), Mr. Rahul has played a key role in expanding brands such as The Mayfield Group of Hotels & Resorts, Mayfield Adventures Pvt. Ltd. in Una, Baaree by the Sea in Goa, and The Luxotic Suites in Gurugram. His entrepreneurial approach blends modern hospitality with destination-focused adventure offerings, making him a strong force behind Mayfield Adventures’ growth. A married businessman, Mr. Rahul is deeply involved in brand building, guest experience, & long-term expansion strategies.
